Traditionally, harvesting for the company has begun in the South of Cherkasy region. So, the fleet of John Deere combines has been working in the fields since July the 10th near Mykhaylivka village in Drabiv district. They are hurrying up to gather wheat so that the grain will not fall off.
“By July the 10th 152 hectares of crops had been harvested. We harvest 100 hectares a day on average. This year wheat is of high second grade quality (food grade, 12,5%+ protein) of domestic breeding. The yields of wheat are good – around 55 centers per hectare. We still have to collect 1,300 hectares of winter wheat. If the weather conditions are favorable, we will be able to cope with the task within 10-11 days”, – says deputy regional agronomist of Cherkasy region Olexandr Zhyla. Trucks are transporting the harvested grain straight to the Pyryatyn elevator.

Bättre vindar än normalt under juni månad resulterade i en elproduktion om 42,1 GWh, jämfört med månadens budget om 38,2 GWh.
Månadens produktion fördelade sig på 19,2 GWh egen produktion och 22,9 GWh samägd produktion, jämfört med månadens budget om 20,9 GWh respektive 17,3 GWh.

Catella AB (publ) (”Catella”) announces the amendment of the terms and conditions (the ”Terms and Conditions”), originally dated 9 June 2017, for Catella’s senior unsecured bonds with a framework amount of up to SEK 750,000,000 and ISIN SE0009994718. The amendment became effective on 27 June 2018.
Catella and Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the ”Agent”) have entered into an amendment agreement whereby the ”make whole”-provision (previously set out in clause 9.3(a) of the Terms and Conditions) has been removed and relevant adjustments following such removal have been made. This means that Catella has renounced its right to redeem the bonds prior to the First Call Date. Catella and the Agent deem the amendments to not be detrimental to the interest of the bondholders and have therefore in accordance with clause 18(a)(i) of the Terms and Conditions agreed to the amendments.
